Terms and Conditions for SimpliiExchange

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the financial transaction services provided by SimpliiExchange to its users. By accessing or using the Services, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides a platform that enables Users to perform financial transactions. The Services may include, but are not limited to, transferring funds between Users, processing payments, and providing related financial services such as payment of School fees and other remittances.

3. Account Registration

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

5. Fees and Charges

The Company may charge fees for certain Services, which will be disclosed to Users prior to their use of such Services. Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their use of the Services.

Users acknowledge and agree that the Company may apply a markup spread to the exchange rates or prices offered for financial transactions facilitated through the Services. The markup spread applied by the Company may vary depending on factors such as market conditions, currency pairs, transaction volume, and other relevant considerations.

Users understand that the application of a markup spread is intended to cover the Company's costs and risks associated with facilitating financial transactions, including but not limited to currency conversion costs, liquidity risks, market volatility, and operational expenses. The Company reserves the right to modify the markup spread rates or methodology at any time in its sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorist activities. Users also agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights therein. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their own personal or internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
